- High school diploma or equivalent: further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus - At least 2 years of experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars Hotel - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Positive attitude and a team player mentality - Professional appearance and demeanor - Multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the location and guest demographics - Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards - Ability to read and follow recipes accurately and prepare ingredients to standard - Proficiency in basic cooking techniques - Familiarity with dining service standards and basic food & beverage knowledge - Ability to operate POS systems or handle basic cash transactions - Capable of managing tables, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely service - Able to join immediately
