- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression upon arrival; - Effectively communicate with guests to ascertain their food and beverage preferences; - Accurately take and transmit food and beverage orders; - Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables in a timely and courteous manner; - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards; - Proactively address guests' needs and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service; - Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests. - Minimum 2 years of experience in related position, background in the hospitality or F&B domain is preferred; - Good communication skills, good personality and discipline; - Fluent in English and Bahasa; - Neat personal appearance and a high level of personal hygiene; - Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job; - Familiar with EDC machine; - Ability to work as part of a team; - Able to join immediately;
