Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Desc:

  • Troubleshooting if there any error problems in Odoo (errors that occur due to user or system error)

  • Create work instruction or user guide of how to use each module (new/existing feature, module or menu)

  • Help other departments if there is something that requires support regarding Odoo -

  • Assist in the process of returning goods in the system

  • Monitoring daily CWH internal transfer (inbound/outbound) & follow up to related user if there are any issues

  • Remind user to ensure internal transfers are validated by user

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 Years Experience as system support or admin in online retail businessl (Store and Warehouse)

  • Have experience to operate Odoo System.

  • Have experience as Odoo support is an advantages

  • Understand Inbound and Outbound Process

  • Have experience to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc - Flexible to work during off time if needed

  • IT background is an advantages
