Job Desc: 

Troubleshooting if there any error problems in Odoo (errors that occur due to user or system error) 

Create work instruction or user guide of how to use each module (new/existing feature, module or menu) 

Help other departments if there is something that requires support regarding Odoo - 

Assist in the process of returning goods in the system 

Monitoring daily CWH internal transfer (inbound/outbound) & follow up to related user if there are any issues 

Remind user to ensure internal transfers are validated by user

Requirements: 

1 - 2 Years Experience as system support or admin in online retail businessl (Store and Warehouse) 

Have experience to operate Odoo System. 

Have experience as Odoo support is an advantages 

Understand Inbound and Outbound Process 

Have experience to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) 

You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc - Flexible to work during off time if needed 

IT background is an advantages
