Wedding Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Operations Staff or Wedding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding couples through the wedding planning process, helping them choose the perfect venue, packages, and services to make their special day unforgettable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the wedding industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales & marketing, preferably in wedding industry

• Strong understanding of wedding sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to engage with clients and partners.

• Ability to create attractive sales proposals and presentations for clients.

• Experience in handling international clients and providing exceptional customer service.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

• Additional languages are a plus.

• A strong network in the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients through inquiries, consultations, and venue tours.

• Develop personalized wedding packages that align with clients’ needs and budgets.

• Build and maintain relationships with brides, grooms, and wedding planners to drive bookings.

• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked weddings.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.

• Represent the company at bridal shows, networking events, and open house.
