Tahapan Seleksi BUMN 2024
Pendaftaran seleksi BUMN 2024 rencananya akan mulai dibuka pada Maret 2024.
Pada pelaksanaan rekrutmen tahun lalu, terdapat perbedaan tes online tahap 1 untuk pendaftaran dengan jenjang pendidikan SMA/SMK dan Diploma/S1/S2. Untuk pendaftar jenjang pendidikan Diploma, Sarjana, dan Magister, tes online tahap pertama berisi tes TKD dan tes AKHLAK.
Sedangkan bagi pendaftar dengan jenjang pendidikan SMA/SMK akan menjalani tes online berupa tes SKD saja.
Nah, untuk kamu yang mendaftar seleksi bersama BUMN dan memiliki jenjang pendidikan Diploma, Sarjana, atau Magister, salah satu bentuk tesnya adalah tes bahasa Inggris. Tes ini dilaksanakan setelah pengumuman tes online tahap 1.

Penilaian Peserta Seleksi BUMN 2024
Untuk saat ini belum ada info resmi yang dirilis oleh tim FHCI maupun Kementerian BUMN terkait detail rekrutmen tahun 2024.
Namun sebagai informasi, nilai ambang batas untuk tes bahasa Inggris BUMN pada tahun 2023 adalah 450 untuk bisa lolos ke tahap berikutnya.
Namun, dikutip dari akun Instagram @fhci.bumn selaku penyelenggara seleksi, dinyatakan bahwa nilai tersebut bukan satu-satunya patokan peserta lolos di seleksi ini. Adapun penilaian terhadap peserta seleksi bersama BUMN 2023 adalah:
- Pembobotan nilai TKD/AKHLAK dan nilai Bahasa Inggris
- Kesesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dengan job position yang dilamar
- Prestasi individu yang pernah dicapai
- Sertifikat keahlian yang relevan dan pengalaman kerja (jika ada)
- Parameter lainnya berdasarkan kebutuhan job position BUMN masing-masing
Pihak panitia seleksi menegaskan bahwa bisa saja terdapat peserta yang memiliki nilai di bawah ambang batas, baik untuk TKD, tes AKHLAK, maupun tes Bahasa Inggris, tetapi ternyata lolos. Hal tersebut dikarenakan peserta tersebut memenuhi kriteria penilaian lainnya yang dibutuhkan perusahaan yang dipilih peserta tersebut.
Tips Mengerjakan Soal Tes Bahasa Inggris BUMN
Jumlah soal tes bahasa Inggris BUMN adalah 100 soal dengan waktu pengerjaan kurang lebih 90 menit.
