Description :- Conducting user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience - Creating user personas based on research findings to represent different user types - Designing wireframes to outline the structure and layout of the product or website - Creating interactive prototypes to visualize the user flow and interactions before development - Designing the visual components of the product, including buttons, icons, typography, and color schemes - Ensuring consistency in design elements across screens and platforms - Creating high-fidelity mockups and assets for developers to implement - Designing how users interact with the interface, including animations, transitions, and feedback to actions - Creating seamless, responsive, and engaging user flows.Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years of experience as an UI/UX Designer or equivalent - Excellent with Figma design tools - Knowledge of technologies, behavior, and experience designing for multiple device types and contexts (e.g., iOS, Android, Web) - Ability to approach design challenges creatively and analytically - Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate user needs and design solutions - Aligning design goals with business objectives and user needs - Understanding about design system - Adaptive, self-educating, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

Key responsibilities Frontend Developer - Vue.JS: - Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces (UI) using Vue.js - Build reusable, modular, and efficient Vue.js components - Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and web services - Debug and resolve performance issues - Use Vuex or Pinia for global state management in applications - Write and execute unit tests using tools like Jest or Vue Test Utils - Work closely with design teams to implement UI/UX designsQualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in frontend development using Vue.js - Proficient in Vue.js (Vue 2 or Vue 3) and its ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, etc.) - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) - Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS/SCSS or LESS - Familiarity with build tools like Vite or Webpack - Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration - Experience with version control systems (Git) - Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
