Our Story A holistic dining experience that stimulates all senses. From Delhi to Jakarta. A bright-eyed newlywed and certified dietician, Shilpa Dave, uprooted her life and moved with her family to a tropical island bursting with opportunities. As the years progressed Indonesia increasingly became a place she felt welcomed, respected and content. Much like Delhi, Jakarta thrived and became a melting pot of cultures. As her children blossomed, her friendships with locals and Indian communities flourished. Although Shilpa embraced Jakarta as her new home, she would often feel nostalgic for her mother’s home cooked meals, chatpata street food and freshly made jalebi on Sunday’s. Shilpa distinctively remembers one evening in 2002, where she sat down with her husband to discuss potential fields she was considering to utilize her time. The conversation sparked a craving for her favourite Alphonso mango lassi when she realized – this is it. This is her opportunity to bridge the gap between
