About the role

As a Purchasing Manager at PT Ganesha Sanskritik Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's procurement strategies and operations. This contract position is based in Jakarta Raya, and will involve managing the full procurement lifecycle to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services that support the company's hospitality and tourism management objectives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective procurement policies, procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and cost savings
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, on-time delivery and compliance with company standards
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and negotiate favourable terms with vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and procure the necessary resources
Oversee the procurement team, provide guidance and mentorship, and drive continuous improvement
Measure and report on key procurement metrics to drive data-driven decision making

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably in the F&B, HORECA, hospitality or tourism industry
Strong negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient in data analysis and the use of procurement software and tools
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
