Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in PR, advertising, media, or communications (fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered). - Strong understanding of the PR industry, media landscape, and related industries. - Knowledge of how the media works, communication trends, and media relations. - Familiarity with digital trends, social media, and influencer marketing. - Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. - ⁠Proactive, highly initiative, and able to work both in a team and independently. - ⁠Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. - ⁠Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. - Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks. - Fluent in English is a plus Responsibilities: - ⁠Manage communication with clients and understand their needs. - Coordinate with media, influencers, and external stakeholders. - Handling paperwork or administrative requirements and budgeting - Build relationships with new clients and manage existing client relationships - Build and maintain good relationships with clients - Solve clients' problems by understanding and exceeding their expectations - Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met and to identify opportunities - Convey messages clearly, both verbally and in writing - Provide creative solutions for client needs. - Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
