WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Project Management (Primary Focus) • Lead website development projects from start to finish-no babysitting, no micromanagement • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and task assignments • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution • Use project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) to track progress and dependencies • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential scope creep-then solve them before they become problems • Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews • Client & Account Management (Secondary Focus) • Act as the main point of contact for clients-building trust and ensuring expectations are met • Provide clear, proactive communication with clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables • Address client feedback without derailing project scope or timelines WHAT YOU MUST HAVE • 3-5+ years experience managing website development projects (not just IT projects) • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies • Experience working with web development teams-you understand how websites are built • Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar PM tools • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (TOEFL/IELTS is a plus) • Ability to manage multiple projects at once—without dropping the ball WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT • PMP, PRINCE2, or Google Project Management certifications (preferred but not required) • Experience handling enterprise-level website projects • Technical understanding of CMS platforms, front-end & back-end development • Ability to push back on unrealistic client demands while maintaining relationships EMPLOYMENT DETAILS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Employment Type: Contract-Based (Project-Based) Duration: Until project completion (open to extension if more projects come in) Work Setup: Must have own device to work Work Location: Hybrid - WFO 3x per week in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan Housing: Not provided - If you are outside Jabodetabek, you must arrange your own accommodation.
