Account Manager

Qualifications:

– Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

– At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional, preferably in technology or software.

– Knowledge and understanding of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.

– Good communication and negotiation skills.

– Target and result-oriented.

– Able to work independently as well as in a team.

– Placement in South Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

– Market and sell HRIS and other software products to companies in Indonesia.

– Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

– Identify client needs and provide solutions that align with our HRIS products.

– Conduct product presentations and provide demos to potential clients.

– Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements using existing templates.

– Monitor and coordinate with the technical team from project preparation to project completion.

– Work proactively with the marketing team to find new customer prospects or leads.
