Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing creator relationships, ensuring user satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned creators, building and nurturing long-term relationships. • Understand creators needs and objectives, and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve their goals. • Design and implement KOL strategies that align with the company's marketing goals, targeting key influencers within the relevant industry • Proactively manage creators expectations and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. • Monitor account performance and ensure that service delivery is meeting or exceeding creators expectations. • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and close new business opportunities. • Upsell additional products or services to existing creators, aligning with their needs and objectives. • Create & manage campaigns with creators. • Track key account metrics, performance indicators, and service delivery to ensure creators & users satisfaction. • Provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and progress • Address creators concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
