Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Title: Account Manager (Malaysia Based)

Location Based: Malaysia

Nationality Requirement: Malaysian

Coverage: Malaysia & Philippines

Reporting Line: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in Malaysia and the Philippines.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify new needs.

Revenue Growth & Retention

  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and client retention goals.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to clients' business challenges.

Market Insights & Consultation

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities in Malaysia and the Philippines.

  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their use of fintech products.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions aligned with clients' business objectives.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Report account progress, risks, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.

  • Use CRM tools to document client interactions and pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and has

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

  • Strong knowledge of payment solutions, digital banking, or financial technology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience managing accounts across multiple countries is a plus.

  • Ability to travel between Malaysia and the Philippines as needed.
