Job Desc:
- Exchange invoices with suppliers and ensure accurate billing data.
- Record and maintain purchase invoice billing.
- Prepare payment requests in both hard and soft copies.
- Compile and submit a list of purchase orders for CEO approval.
- Follow up on outstanding debts with vendors.
- Input cash and bank transactions into the accounting system.
- Fill in data as needed for financial records.
- Prepare necessary data for tax consultant reporting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience min. 1-2 years in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
