-Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing -At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the fragrance, favor, or FMCG industry -Able to travel throughout Sumatera Island -Fluency in English and basic Mandarin is a must -Strong communication and negotiation skills -Target-oriented with good time management abilities -Willing to travel frequently for customer visits -Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is an advantage -Sincere, earnest, clean appearance, can work under target pressure -Must have driver lisence minimum SIM C -Visit oustomers direotly to promote and sell fragrance and flavor products. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and projet sustainability. -Conduct product presentations and provide solutions tailored to customer needs. -Manage and develop a sales pipeline to meet established sales targets, with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as monthly sales volume and customer retention rates. -Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the team regarding new opportunities or trends that can be leveraged. -Regularly coordinate with internal teams through office meetings to ensure synergy across departments. -Collaborate with IFF distributors in Jakarta to ensure effective and efficient product distribution. -Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with oustomers.
