Accountant (KLI-101)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Monitor production costs, inventory movements, and stock valuations, including manufacturing cost analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial performance analysis

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements

• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective financial controls

• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to ensure data accuracy and improve finance processes

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, and account reconciliation

• Experience in cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing cost analysis is highly preferred

• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities

• High attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

• Fluent in English
