Accounting & Finance Officer

General Qualifications:

• Female, max. age 35

• Min. Diploma degree in finance or any related major

• Min. 1 years Experienced in Cashier or Accounting & Finance.

• Computer (Microsoft Office) & Internet literate

• Good verbal & written communications skills (English)

• Available to work immediately Preferably live around Bina Bangsa school - Balikpapan

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail and accuracy

• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every student / parents / staff.

• Ability to handle bookstore transactions accurately and responsible for warehouse inventory.

• High level of energy with strong customer service skills or cashier experience.

• Helpful, processing refunds and exchanges, courteous approach to resolving complaints.

• Responsible to include reconciling all sales reports & inventory/stock analysis.

• Responsible to include reconciling all balance sheet accounts, reviews income statement and prepare cash flow/funding analysis.

• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations, verifies accuracy of bank statements, resolve any outstanding issues, and annual financial reports.

• Familiar with taxes & MYOB will be beneficial.

• Administer daily accounting & finance functions of Accounting & Finance Staff Department.
