Job Description

FLUENT IN ENGLISH

1. Assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring a positive experience.

2. Inputting and maintaining customer data in databases and ensuring accuracy.

3. Managing custom orders from initiation to fulfillment, tracking order status.

4. Coordinating between different departments (sales, product teams) to streamline processes.

5. Preparing reports and documentation related to orders, customer interactions, and inventory.

6. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control and organization.

7. Addressing any discrepancies or challenges that arise during the order process.

8. Using admin tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively.

9. Assisting in training new staff or providing guidance on best practices.

  1. Ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and regulations.
