Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

  • Provide timely, professional, and friendly support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving administrative requests.

  • Manage customer onboarding, class registrations, schedules, and related documentation.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is updated in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer experience.

  • Monitor customer requests and follow up promptly to ensure timely resolution.

  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ensure all customer communications and administrative processes are completed with strong attention to detail.

  • Support daily Customer Success operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of experience in Administration, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related field is preferred.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
