Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent is required - At least one-year work experience is preferred - Strong verbal and communication skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functionsWork experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Good communication skills - Prepare site access for loading and unloading. - Maintain loading platform for material distribution. - Coordinate with main contractors for in and out materials. - Confirm all received materials as per delivery order. - Maintain and manage storage area. - Maintain stock records and ex-materials on site. - Maintain all site equipments i.e. material hoist, gondola, winch, etc. - Control stock of all materials on site for audit purpose.
