JOB DESCRIPTION

Collect, input, and update data 

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of managed data.

Manage and maintain the company's database, ensuring data is stored neatly and easily accessible. 

Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.

Prepare routine reports based on available data. 

Ensure all data management processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations. 

Support the implementation of effective data management procedures and policies.

Provide additional administrative support as needed by the team and management. 

Coordinate with other departments regarding data and reporting needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English is a must

Minimum education of D3/S1 in Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in data administration or a relevant position. 

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management software. 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
