Job Description :

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other related matters, both in person, via phone, and email.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Process HR-related paperwork, including new hire documentation, employee changes, and other.

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents as needed.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience in HR administrative role about 1 - 3 years.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and basic labor laws.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
