Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage ads strategy on META, Tiktok and Google Optimize ads budget and ads performance through continuous testing, analysis, and adjustment of targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies Collaborate with Creative Team to curate winning content to achieve highest ROA Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) including ROA (conversion rate), Reach & Impressions, CPV, CPM, CTR Collaborate with the stakeholders team to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement. Requirements Minimum 3 year of experience in related position (beauty industry or social media agency is preferred) In-depth knowledge of META, Tiktok, and Google ads Understand E-commerce ads is an added value Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business or equivalent
