We are currently looking for a dynamic and professional Scheme/Program Support to join one of our esteemed clients, a global leader in technology especially in Smartphone. What You'll Do?
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of Company's scheme/program across dealers and regional areas.
- Handle and manage dealer feedback, complaints, and inquiries related to scheme validation and outcomes.
- Track settlement processes and coordinate end-to-end operations between Company, distributors, and dealers to ensure smooth execution.

Who You Are?
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply (Graduates in top tier campus is a plus point)!
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to analyze data, create reports, and manage spreadsheets effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to manage tasks with integrity.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is a plus point.
