WE ARE HIRING | Fine Art Photography Gallery in Ubud

Ôde à l’Indonésie, a fine art photography gallery located in the heart of Ubud, is looking for a Gallery Sales Executive Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone reliable, independent, confident with people, and interested in building a long-term position with us.

POSITION DETAILS • Full-time position • Working schedule: 6 hours/day + 1 full working day per week • 1 day off per week • Location: Ubud, Bali • Open to Indonesian candidates, both women and men • Salary: Rp 4,000,000 – Rp 5,000,000/month, depending on experience and profile • Additional monthly sales commissions • BPJS covered • Full training provided
REQUIREMENTS • Excellent English skills, spoken and written • Independent, motivated, and responsible • Must own a motorbike • Reliable, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers • Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized • Experience in sales or marketing is highly appreciated, but not mandatory • Sensitivity to visual arts and photography is a strong plus • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel • French language skills, even intermediate, are a strong advantage, with plenty of opportunities to practice with our francophone visitors
