- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field - Fluent in both Indonesian and English - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies and areas for improvement - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Support initiatives for green certification and sustainability - Perform regular audits of rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and other facilities - Work closely with departments to ensure compliance with SOPs - Experience with green certification processes is a plus
