REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business major studies is preferred - Fluent in English & Bahasa (written & spoken) - Minimum 4 years of experience in HoReCa industry - Excellent organizational, project management and budget planning skills - Work well under pressure and able to utilize results as performance indicators - Willing to relocate or travel for business RESPONSIBILITIES: - Developing brand equity into plans and go-to-market strategies - Initiate and execute commercial plan in order to scale up the business through activation in on and off premise - Working with distribution managers to drive number of distribution - Customer relationship management related activities in keeping the brand guidelines and requirements
