Job Responsibilities : 1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful execution in formulation, packaging, and regulatory compliance (BPOM/Halal certification). 2. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, manufacturing, and marketing teams to align product development with brand identity and marketing strategies. 3. Provide brand advisory to internal teams, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and alignment with brand positioning. 4. Maintain strong partnerships with local and international suppliers to optimize formulation, quality, and cost efficiency. Candidate Requirements : 1. Bachelor degree's from any majors 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetic or beauty product development, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects within a team. 3. Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn. 4. Beauty savvy who always updated with trends and product innovations. 5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 6. Immediate availability is a plus.
