Information about the role:

As an Associate Client Relations professional, the goal is to build strong connections, meet client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. This involves maintaining relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with teams to drive loyalty and long-term success.

Key Responsibility:

  • Ensure existing accounts are satisfied through after-sales care and by gathering and utilizing feedback.

  • Research industry trends and advise colleagues on client strategy and potential sales opportunities.

  • Draft proposals and presentations on business solutions, products, or services for clients.

  • Act as the point of contact for complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Ensure contract terms are adhered to by both the company and clients.

  • Monitor program performance metrics regularly.

  • In project management, develop detailed project plans, involve relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility to track progress effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or related fields.

  • Exposure to the tech and startup space.

  • Active participation in community or college organizations.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting confidently with colleagues and clients.

  • Creativity in identifying new sales opportunities, proactive behavior, business insight, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze data and reports to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.

  • Strong presentation skills, able to convey information clearly and persuasively.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and business partner relationships.

  • Proficient in conflict resolution and managing challenging situations professionally.
