JOB DESCRIPTION • Develop and implement sales strategies for shops and bazaars • Coordinate with Vendors and managing Loading In/Out • Training and managing the Bazaar Sales Assistants • Produce daily sales reports and evaluate Resultes • Strong Understanding and Communication of Product Knowledge • Organize and ensure the stock of goods in bazaars is well-stocked • Reflects the achievement of targets from sales results • Evaluate and analyze the results of each ongoing Bazaar • Setting and creating shifting time schedules and bazaar events • Ability to communicate in English is a big plus • Ensure sales targets are achieved • Manage team work schedules, including shifting and bazaar events QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in Retail and/or Management • Strong Sales Background • Ability to lead a team well • Willing to work on weekends & holidays • Ready to travel to different Bazaar locations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Have high work enthusiasm, honest, diligent, responsible, responsive • Detail oriented, accustomed to working with numbers
