Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create graphic designs for marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, digital content, and advertisements.
Measure the ROI (Return on Investment) of every campaign and promotion executed.
Analyze sales data and promotion costs to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies on margins.
Calculate the cost impact of each promotion on the company's margin.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities in the retail industry, such as FMCG or building materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications.
3-5 years of work experience in marketing, especially in the retail industry such as FMCG or building materials.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Familiar with ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
Capable of calculating and analyzing Marketing ROI.
Creative skills in producing engaging content and promotions.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Accustomed to working with tight targets and deadlines.
Adaptive to changes in digital trends and marketing technology.
