Job Description : 

Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty

Managing the brand's visual identity, including the design and rollout of marketing materials

Conducting market research to gain insights into consumer perceptions and competitor activity

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

Tracking and analysing brand performance metrics to inform future marketing initiatives

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and making recommendations for brand evolution

Qualification : 

Min. Bachelor Degree for any Major (preferred from Economic, Marketing or Management)

Have experience min. 5 years as Product Manager, Brand Activation Manager or Marketing Manager

Have experience in Stationery Industry, Retail or FMCG Business

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Having experience Create Brand Awareness, handling ATL & BTL Activities 

Must be able to speak, read and write in fluent English.

Willing to travel out of town frequently
