Key Responsibilities: • Manage company documents, including correspondence, contracts, reports, and digital archives, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible. • Assist in coordinating activities between teams or departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. • Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant information. • Input, verify, and manage company data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and prepare regular reports on operations and business performance. • Support budget management, invoice processing, and payment tracking, and provide relevant administrative data for financial reporting. • Monitor office supplies and equipment needs, place orders when necessary, and ensure all facilities are in good condition. • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors or third parties regarding administrative needs. • Facilitate internal communication to ensure smooth information flow within the organization. Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or related fields (fresh graduate with strong qualifications are welcome) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented, skilled in time management, and able to work under pressure. • Basic understanding of financial processes and data management is an advantage.
