Business Development Intern (Jogja)

KitaLulus is searching for someone to support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth data management and reporting processes. You will collect and manage job posting data, maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, and prepare routine reports. The role also involves handling basic technical or operational issues within your scope and performing general clerical tasks such as preparing documents and assisting with communication needs. Working in a fast-paced environment, you are expected to be detail-oriented, communicate effectively, and contribute to achieving individual monthly performance targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting data job posting

2. Listing data in spreadsheets

3. Keep records and reports up to date

4. Handle technical issues in their area of expertise

5. Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

KPI: Acquire at least 30 companies per month to create dashboard accounts and actively post job vacancies.
