Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell business management software and related solutions to potential customers.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to contract signing.

• Conduct qualification and discovery calls to understand customers' business needs, processes, and challenges.

• Present software solutions and demonstrate customized product features based on customer requirements.

• Provide consultations and recommendations to help customers identify the right business solutions.

• Negotiate business terms, follow up with prospects, and successfully close deals.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English communication.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different types of people.

• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and highly motivated.

• Strong business acumen and logical thinking skills.

• Strong sales instinct and persuasion skills.

Nice to Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related positions.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, business management software, or the technology industry.
