Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities and establishing partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive forces, and new business opportunities. • Track and analyze competitor activities and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge. • Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new creator and expanding existing relationships. • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate, and close deals. • Collaborate with Account Manager to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities • Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and performance Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. • Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, and strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Highly motivated and goal-oriented. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
