Bahasa and English language command. 

Minimum 1 year experience in bike refinance collection. 

Applicants must have a local ID card. 

Bachelor's degree in any major.

Ready for Fieldwork 

Have a Private Vehicle and Class C Driving License

Must have good negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

Carry out checks or monitoring of company customers who experience problems with installments not being paid on time. 

Carry out direct collections from customers who are late in paying their installments. 

Make daily reports to the management or head of collection regarding in dealing with customers.

Negotiate with customers whose installments are in arrears so that they immediately fulfill their obligations (i.e. pay the installments.

Make daily visit reports.

Observe redundancies in the collection process SOPs and update the SOPs from time to time. 

Sound early warning signal to repo vehicle before loan turns bad.
