Business Executive

PT. DUNIA PEMADAM INDONESIA is looking for a talented Business Executive to join our team. This is a contract role based in Jakarta and Surabaya, where you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving business growth. As a Business Executive, you will play a vital role in achieving our strategic objectives and expanding our market presence.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitching our products and services to potential clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

• Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure

• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on business performance and pipeline

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the Account & Relationship Management industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
