Job Description:

1. Upload new products, create SEO-optimized product names, and craft compelling descriptions and attributes. Update pricing and shipping settings across all sales channels.

2. Ensure daily shop operations are recorded accurately. Report on outbound logistics handovers and ensure total order counts match across warehouse data.

3. Track and report on return packages and size changes for jeans received back from logistics. Assess the condition of returned products to ensure they can be resold.

4. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks for outbound, inbound, returns, and current stock levels. Update online sheets to reflect physical inventory in the warehouse.

5. Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (Shopee, TikTok, WhatsApp, and chats) with a professional attitude focus in customer oriented.

6. Resolve customer complaints regarding returns, refunds, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professional support.

7. Help to create content plan and shoot content with host live streamers in daily basis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2. Proven expertise in shop operations for TikTok and Shopee at least 1-2 years experience.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

4. Strong customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant and professional attitude.

5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Self-disciplined, hardworking, and capable of performing well under pressure.

7. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
