Experience liaising with insurance companies, with a clear understanding of securing payment guarantees. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus and will be greatly considered. • Proficiency in using digital communication tools like WhatsApp, email, and medical record systems. • Ability to work well under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
