CDP Sous Chef

Requirements :

• Willing to be relocated outside Jakarta, such as to Medan,

Bali, and other locations.

• Proven experience as CDP in casual dining restaurant,

• with at least 3 years in a technical or developmental role.

• Willing to be relocated to Medan and other locations

• Extensive knowledge of culinary arts, food safety, and industry standards.

• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt recipes and resolve technical challenges.

• Ability to train and mentor culinary staff effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge about pastry/bakery
