Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Fresh graduates are welcome

Proficiency in English is essential

Previous experience as a content moderator is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Review website content including text and images to ensure it follows company guidelines

Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or poses a risk to platform integrity

Review content to determine if it violates any laws or regulations, such as those pertaining to hate speech, bullying, or harassment

Document and report trends, incidents, and any content patterns that may need attention

Work closely with other moderators and report to team leads or supervisors

Ensure all content handling is confidential and complies with data privacy regulations
