Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts, particularly B2B and corporate clients, while delivering excellent customer experience throughout the full sales cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Executive / Sales Representative.

    • Experience handling B2B sales and corporate clients is required.

    Language & Candidate Profile

    • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory.

    • Local candidate only.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

    • Able to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

    • Familiar with CRM systems and basic sales reporting.

    • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities, especially within B2B and corporate segments.

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and support) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data using CRM systems.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
