Kualifikasi :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or above.

• Experience in e-commerce sales and business development.

• Strong data and analytical skills.

• Sensible and fast learners in products, propose and integrate an ecommerce strategy as part of the business brand plan.

• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes.

• Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, e-commerce operation.

Deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Ensure sales growth and meet the sales target through the marketplace channel (Lazada & Akulaku Platform).

• Manage relationships with the e-commerce platform PIC.

• Responsible for setting up the price, ads budget, and promotion (discount, voucher, etc.).

• Responsible for uploading store and product design (banner, pack shot, etc.).

• Make sure the store decoration & PDP follow the campaign schedule and promotion message.

• Monitoring activity in the platform (promotion update and visibility).

• Monitoring transaction flow & helping to communicate with the platform if any issues.

• Review of the detailed data on traffic effectiveness, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and proposed budget allocation needed.

• Propose initiatives to increase sales.
