Hi, our client (Multinational Online Transportation Company) are looking for Customer Service (English Speaker)!

Work Loc: South Jakarta

Salary: UMP Jakarta 2024

Benefit: Attendance allowance, Incentive, Insurance

Duration: 6 months, possible to extend

Requirement:

• Min education D3 any major

• Min fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)

• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills

• Must have excellent excel skills (VLookup, Pivot, IF, etc)

• Willing to work in the shifting schedule

• Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa

• Able to set the friendly tone (Smiling Voice)

• Good analytical skill

• Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%

• Fast response, effective and efficient in working

Job desc:

• Guide our consumers and partners in using our products

• Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners

• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base

• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumers and partners
