Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with the internal team to address and resolve app-related issues.

• Manage and track customer support metrics to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure the company’s ratings and reviews remain positive across platforms like Play store, App Store, and Google Maps by proactively handling customer feedback.

• Minimal 600 messages sent per/day.

• Promote campaign to our users.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

• A passion for helping customers and resolving issues in a positive manner.

• Fast typing skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze and manage data efficiently.

• Ability to work in team and collaborate across departments.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Able to WFO in Jakarta.

• Availability to work on weekends as needed.
