Customer Service (night shift)

We are an export furniture company which currently looking for Customer Service (night shift rolling) for our business in US market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, e-commerce, social media and call as fast, friendly and clear

• Process and track orders/pre-orders

• Follow-up emails and provide updates

• Handle claims, refunds and complaints

• Monitor product listing and pricing accuracy on the platform

• Update, maintain and reporting orders/sales records

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (a must)

• Excellent communication (a must)

• D3 - S1 from any discipline

• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus

• Organized, detail, multitask

• Able to work night shifts (rolling)
