We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the administration and operations of our Learning Centre. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to students and parents while helping to drive sales and maintain a positive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all administrative, operational, and management functions of the Learning Centre. • Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the centre. • Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for students and parents. • Maintain a clean and conducive learning environment. • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. • Schedule classes and manage timetables effectively. • Respond to and manage customer inquiries and requests promptly. • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students. • Manage the expectations of both parents and students. • Handle front desk and administrative duties as needed. • Uphold the professional standards of the Learning Centre as set by headquarters.Requirements: • A Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. • 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong sales abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. • Enjoyable and vibrant work environment. • Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and listening in English. • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
