Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree - Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Preferably Staff specialized in Import Export from Automotive Manufacturing - Mastering Microsoft Office especially Excel - Good communication and negotiation - Good in Administration - Detail orientation is a must, and timely information Main Job: - Handles PIB and PEB process in Ceisa 4.0 - Procures essential documents for the transportation of goods, such as the bill of lading, bill of entry, buying order, sales invoice, and certificate of origin. - Handles of the custom clearance documents for export and import - Handles import and shipping documents, deals with local stakeholders, maintains a proper documentation and filing system, and attends customs audit committees
