What You'll Do - Build commerce solutions around client objectives, marketplace performance, audience behaviour, and business opportunities. - Turn performance data into clear recommendations and client-ready pitches, connecting the numbers to what the brand should do next. - Manage and optimize campaigns across marketplace advertising, retail media, and affiliate ecosystems to improve traffic, conversion, and sales. - Spot growth opportunities across platforms and turn them into practical, testable actions. - Work closely with clients and internal Commerce, Media, Performance, and Account teams to turn recommendations into results. - Stay close to what’s changing across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, affiliate, retail media, and emerging commerce models.tcomes, proactively flag risks, and drive solutions. A Bit About You - At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, performance marketing, affiliate, retail media, or a similar environment. - You have experience pitching, recommending, or selling commerce solutions to clients, brands, merchants, or partners. - You understand platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, or similar commerce ecosystems. - You’re comfortable with performance data and can turn it into a story, a recommendation, and a clear next move. - Commercially minded, with a natural curiosity for what makes shoppers convert and what makes a brand grow. - Confident communicator who enjoys building an idea, putting it in front of a client, and seeing it come to life.
